SWISS CNC LTD / WEBSITE ENQUIRIES

Your enquiry.
Handled with care.

When you submit the machine enquiry form, your contact details, machine information and optional photographs are saved in Swiss CNC’s private website enquiry inbox. We use them to assess your machine and respond to your request. Submission does not create a public machinery listing or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Photographs and contact details

Website enquiry records and photographs are stored in a private inbox with authenticated owner access. Please send machine photographs without people, customer drawings or confidential production information. We agree any public marketing separately.

Working with other machine tool dealers

If you choose a dealer-network approach, we agree with you which machine information and photographs may be shared with suitable UK and European trade buyers. Swiss CNC coordinates the enquiries. Selecting this route or submitting the website form does not automatically forward your information to dealers. We agree any sharing of your personal contact details separately.

Website activity

We record aggregate page views, form starts, contact-button clicks and successful website submissions to understand which pages generate enquiries. This measurement uses no analytics cookies or advertising pixels. Reports contain page paths and broad source categories, rather than names, email addresses or full referring URLs. Temporary rotating request identifiers help prevent automated abuse.

Your choices

You can provide only the four essential fields and add technical details or photographs later. You can also contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp. Those services handle information under their own policies.

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact info@swisscnc.co.uk. We retain enquiry information as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting transaction and applicable business records.

This notice supplements the Swiss CNC privacy policy.
