PREPARE YOUR ENQUIRY

Give your asset the right introduction.

A machining centre’s specification needs to describe the working envelope as well as the name on the enclosure. Travel, spindle, tooling and workholding details help buyers assess compatibility with their components.

What to send us

  • X, Y and Z travels and table dimensions
  • Spindle taper, speed and coolant options
  • Toolchanger capacity and included holders
  • Rotary table or 5-axis configuration
  • Probing, pallet systems and automation

For a 5-axis machine, distinguish simultaneous capability from positional machining. Include control options and rotary-axis details if documented; do not assume capability from the model name alone.

SPECIFICATION / CONDITION / SELLING ROUTE

Sell a 3-axis, 4-axis or 5-axis CNC machining centre

For a vertical or horizontal machining centre, record the travels, table or pallet arrangement, spindle taper and speed, control and tool magazine.

For a rotary-equipped machine, identify the rotary and enabled control functions. For a 5-axis machine, describe simultaneous or indexed capability accurately.

Include probing, through-spindle coolant, chip handling, fixtures and automation. Tell us about any access restrictions and whether the machine remains connected for inspection.

Do you consider other milling brands?

Send details of Brother, XYZ, Hurco, Matsuura, Makino, FANUC, Kitamura and other machining centres. Each machine is assessed on its own specification and condition.

What about EDM or specialist equipment?

Include it in your equipment list with make, model, condition and location. We will discuss a suitable route; suitability for direct purchase is assessed individually.
