Give your asset the right introduction.
Star model suffixes and machine types can make a difference to the specification. Send the full designation, including Type A or Type B where applicable, together with the machine year and control.

Show the main and sub-spindle working areas and any long-parts arrangement. Mention known alarms or maintenance requirements so the assessment starts with a realistic description.
SPECIFICATION / CONDITION / SELLING ROUTE
Sell a Star SR-20, SR-32 or multi-axis lathe
Include the full Star series, generation and Type A, B or other suffix shown on the model plate. Similar model names can describe different configurations.
Describe guide-bush equipment, driven holders, feeder, high-pressure coolant and any long-parts handling. State whether these accessories are included or sold separately.
Disclose materials processed, known faults and available maintenance records. If the machine is still working, tell us your production end date so inspection and collection can be planned.
Should I include spare toolholders?
List the holders supplied with the machine and photograph them together. Distinguish installed equipment from additional spare tooling.
Can I enquire before my replacement arrives?
Yes. Give your expected changeover date and any production constraints. Payment, inspection and removal timing need to be agreed for the chosen selling route.
